Building Digital Competency: From Tools to Institutional Strength

abstract
Digital transformation is not defined by access to technology. It is defined by the ability of an organization to continuously identify, integrate, govern, and scale digital systems in alignment with business strategy. This is what we call Digital Competency, and it has become the new enterprise imperative.
Enterprises often struggle not with technology itself but with organizational barriers such as fragmented data, siloed efforts, limited skills, and unclear leadership alignment. As a result, many AI and digital initiatives stall at the proof-of-concept stage and fail to produce sustained value. Building competency addresses these challenges by creating the internal muscle to act intelligently, lead responsibly, and evolve continuously.
This webinar will present Soothsayer Analytics' structured framework for Digital Competency. Participants will learn about six critical domains: executive vision and alignment, infrastructure readiness, workforce enablement, use case development, responsible deployment, and governance with continuous improvement. The session will also highlight practical methods for equipping teams through TekLEAP role-based learning and embedding resilient systems with TekDARWIN.
Attendees will leave with a clear roadmap to build institutional strength, reduce dependence on vendors, and position their organizations to thrive in a rapidly changing digital economy.
